While managing your entire claim, we negotiate with and recover all costs from the third-party insurance company (TPI) on your behalf. This ensures there’s nothing for you to pay.

Once your vehicle is repaired, we deliver your vehicle to you and collect the hire vehicle. If your vehicle is a total loss, the settlement is paid to you and you can use the hire vehicle for up to 7 additional days while you purchase your new vehicle.
We provide nationwide delivery of a hire vehicle to you after an accident. You don’t have to worry about organising transport to and from the hire car.

If your vehicle is written off (a total loss), we negotiate with the third-party insurer for a fair pre-accident valuation. Once agreed, and the total loss settlement is paid to you, we continue to provide you with the replacement vehicle for an additional 7 days.
